Day One - Oneplanet Adventure mountain biking then to the National White Water Centre for a white water rafting adventure.
Day Two - Plas y Brenin for day walking and scrambling in the mountains learning how to move over steep ground safely, perhaps using a rope.
Day Three - Surf Snowdonia to jump in the Crash & Splash arena and then surf on the UK's only surfing lagoon.
